Mr. Dimitrije Vujadinovic, director of BalkanKult and Ms. Ksenija Graovac, researcher, attended the press conference on the "Green Paper on cultural policies of local and regional authorities in Europe" by Les Rencontres network. The conference was held in Brussels, 24th November 2004 in the City Hall, Grand Place. Numerous journalists, cultural researchers and practitioners from over Europe, as well as European Parliament Members have attended this meeting organised by Mr. Roger Tropeano, president of the Les Rencontres network and Mr. Henri Simons, Deputy Mayor of the city of Brussels.
The "Green Paper" was presented as an important document in the field of cultural decentralisation and artist - authorites relation. Mr. Vujadinovic presented the Serbian edition of the "Green Paper", which is to be distributed in the Western Balkan region.
