Dr. Joost Smiers visits Belgrade
A distinguished European researcher from the Netherlands, Dr. Joost Smiers came to Belgrade to promote his book "Arts under Pressure" and also payed visit to BalkanKult. BalkanKult staff had a unique opportunity to discuss certain issues on cultural cooperation with Mr. Smiers who promised to seek ways to joint cooperation between the Western Balkan region and the Netherlands.
