MNEMOSYNE PROJECT
Remembering the Great War
Nations that lose their memory have no past, no present, no future. Memory is passed on to future generations as consciousness, conscience and wisdom.
The associates of the Foundation have completed the work on the MNEMOSYNE PROJECT dedicated to the First World War. The author of the project is Dimitrije Vujadinović, collaborators on the project were: prof. dr Dragan Bulatović, prof. dr Branko Tešanović, prof. Dr. Nedjejko Jokic, Dr. Vidoje Golubovic and Danica Radovic. Four topics were worked on: Bread in the Great War; Serbian Heroine of the Great War, Forgotten Heroes of the First World War and Children in the Great War. The results of the research were first presented in the form of exhibitions in Belgrade and other cities in Serbia. The first two topics were published as printed publications, while the other two will soon be published by the Archives of Serbia.
